CHOP orders (later, when orders exist)
- Do not fulfill without a SEWP Control Number (SCN). Same rule when quoting is even allowed, which is not now.
- The CLIN list must match the order total. Same CHOP tool for products and services.
- Delayed status is a closed dropdown. OEM late is not a reason.
- Delivery rating is customer-visible. Keep CHOP order status current.
CLIN checker
Run the CLIN checker at quote. Run it again at order if the RFQ is missing or the CLIN list does not match.
UNSPSC on every CLIN
Required on every CLIN, including Category C services and LCATs. Use class or commodity level. Code to the predominant purpose. Know allowed versus limited. Do not invent a code.
FedRAMP
Sign up later on the providers page. If Inspired Solutions does not sign up, Inspired Solutions will not show as a seller. Do not invent a FedRAMP claim on this desk today.
Fee and finance
- Fee is 0.34 percent. NASA calculation factor: 0.0033885. Never a line item on a quote or an order.
- Quarterly, on invoiced and collected. Not on booked. Not on quoted.
- No customer number yet. Inspired Solutions is a new Category A and Category C holder.
- Pay.gov later. Path NASA named: HQ / SEWP Fees / 800000001. PM is the finance POC.
- The $24,999 cap is contract-holder-to-SEWP only. It is not a customer fee cap.

Capture gaps
Notes and transcripts for Monday 10 August and Tuesday 11 August are incomplete. Do not treat hallway versions of those two days as NASA text. Keep only facts NASA already wrote in the Auxiliary Information file or that Rick confirmed after the later sessions.
Earlier NASA orientation (6 August) still governs clocks and transmit. Joanne: do not send C-SCRM or AbilityOne until NASA posts the path. The 60-day clocks are not running.

Monday 10 August: CHOP, performance, special CLINs, cards

What the team may keep:
- CHOP is the Contract Holder Only Page: login for applications, reports, and quoting. It is not live for Inspired Solutions sales.
- PM and DPM registration is expected the week of 17 August. Individual inspired-us.com emails, not aliases. One CHOP identity per UEI. Test both Category A and Category C entitlements. Exhibit 4 is not required for that access.
- Program performance starts every holder at Excellent. Downgrades are stepwise. Poor status adds a note on quotes. Dormancy is not a single trigger: quote quarterly, one order per year, attend meetings, answer NASA.
- Specialized Z CLINs (ODC, overhead, and related) will be loaded by NASA. Do not invent them.
- Credit card orders still need a SEWP Control Number. Never send the card number to the PMO. Do not cite an unverified micro-purchase threshold.
Tuesday 11 August: database, providers, CLINs, orders, reporting

What the team may keep:
- The Database of Record is Attachment F. If it is not in the SEWP database, it is not on contract.
- Providers must be set up before offerings. Proposal provider lists do not carry over.
- Quote only what is in the Database of Record. Open market is not permitted.
- OEM part number is required on product CLINs. UNSPSC is required on all offerings.
- Never fulfill without a SEWP Control Number. NASA historical volume is calibration only, not a promise.
Wednesday 12 August: TR, backup data, providers
TR / providers Agenda: TR process and keywords, backup data, providers. Auxiliary Information V2 is dated 12 August.
- TR means Technology Refreshment, not Task Request. All holders in all categories use TR to place offerings on contract.
- TR is application-only. No email TR. One CLIN error fails the whole TR. First-come, first-reviewed. No expedite. A review can take a business day, sometimes longer.
- Category A Exhibit 3 proposal CLINs will not be loaded by NASA. April Moshos may reuse that data to build TRs. Providers still must be set up first.
- Backup data is required in cases NASA will spell out later. CHUM is delisted today, so wait for NASA.
- Rates are hourly or daily only. Multi-year escalating rates are one CLIN per year.
Thursday 13 August: quote tool, QRT, storefronts
Quote tools Agenda: CHOP quote tool, customer request tool, storefronts.
- This week's CHOP demo used TEST data. That was not Inspired Solutions access. Do not tell anyone we are in the live quote tool.
- Shop, the quote tool, and QRT are expected the week of 17 August for holder access and test. Not live quoting.
- QRT types: RFI, MRR, RFQ. Most orders come from RFQs. No RFQs until the effective date. NASA corrected the earlier timing talk.
- If a request comes through QRT, the quote must go through CHOP. Advising a customer not to use QRT is a serious performance issue.
- Storefronts and BPAs will exist in all three categories. NASA said more documentation later and at the November kickoff. Do not invent a storefront offer now.
- Parser and email templates are TBD from NASA.
