Do not take orders. Do not write a SEWP quote. Do not accept a customer RFQ as a live SEWP action. Category A 80TECH26D1138 and Category C 80TECH26D0142 are awarded, not effective, not active. Expected effective 1 November 2026. There is no price list on this page. There is no Inspired Solutions portal URL on this page.

Future path, after effective and active

This is a real sequence. It is a plan, not a switch.

1. Customer RFQ Buyer uses NASA QRT (RFI, MRR, or RFQ) or an agency process. Inspired Solutions does not host the request. SEWP solicitations are not posted on SAM.gov. Not open
2. Eligibility filter Category plus NAICS plus size plus Exhibit 4 plus customer-specific rules. If we do not match, we never see the request. Not open
3. Inspired Solutions desk Inside sales and the quote desk review scope, AbilityOne touch, and Database of Record coverage. Rick until a named quote-desk owner exists. Not open
4. Quote from DoR Quote only what is in the Database of Record, at or below contract price. QRT quotes must go through the CHOP quote tool. CLIN checker at quote. UNSPSC on every CLIN. If any CLIN is missing or mispriced, NASA will not send the quote. Not open
5. SEWP Control Number Order goes to the SEWP Program Office. NASA assigns a Control Number. Never fulfill without it. Credit card orders still need a Control Number. Never send the card number to the PMO. Not open
6. Fulfill Quoted delivery date is a performance commitment. Delivery rating is customer-visible. Keep CHOP current. One-business-day response to SEWP and the customer. Partial shipments only if the order or issuing CO authorizes them. Not open

This week versus next week

• This week's CHOP demo used TEST data. That was not Inspired Solutions access.
• Shop, the quote tool, and QRT are expected the week of 17 August for holder access and test. PM and DPM register with individual inspired-us.com emails, not aliases. One CHOP identity per UEI. Test both Category A and Category C entitlements. Exhibit 4 is not required for that access.
• Not live quoting. Parser and email templates are TBD from NASA.
• CHUM was delisted. NASA said do not use it. There is no Inspired Solutions CHOP URL on this desk.

October is browse-only

On 1 October the customer-facing SEWP VI site is expected to list holders (name, UEI, contract number, PM/DPM). That is visibility. It is not an RFQ window. Hard outreach can start because customers can find us. Convert after expected effective 1 November, and only after Inspired Solutions is active.

Rules that will still be true when the desk opens

• Fee is 0.34 percent. Never a line item on a quote or an order. Calculation factor NASA published: 0.0033885, so they do not surcharge the surcharge. Quarterly on invoiced and collected. No customer number yet. Pay.gov later. The $24,999 cap is CH-to-SEWP only. Fee is due on every SEWP order, whether or not QRT was used.
• No quote and no fulfill without a SEWP Control Number. Quoting is not allowed now.
• Run the CLIN checker at quote. Run it again at order if the RFQ is missing or the CLIN list does not match. The CLIN list must match the order total.
• UNSPSC on every CLIN, including Category C services and LCATs. Class or commodity level. Predominant purpose.
• Delivery rating is public to the customer. Keep CHOP order status current. Delayed is a closed dropdown. OEM late is not a reason.
• Quote only Database of Record items. Open market is not permitted.
• Typical 3 to 4 quotes per RFQ (NASA historical). Default window about 5 days, customer controls, minimum 1 day.
• If the customer asks for an email quote, it must also go through CHOP, unless a classified agency system truly cannot use SEWP tools.
• Advising a customer not to use QRT is a serious performance issue. Never discourage SEWP.
• GPC is mandatory when orders are open. Credit cards are Government Purchase Cards (Visa or Mastercard under GSA SmartPay). Inspired Solutions processes the card. Card orders still need a Control Number. Never send a card number. Do not cite an unverified micro-purchase threshold.
• Classified work is not through SEWP. Do not promise a classified order on this vehicle.
• The Inspired Solutions SEWP price must stay below GSA after the fee.
• TBQ CLINs advertise without showing a price. That is later catalog behavior, not a license to invent a number on the phone.
• Storefronts and BPAs exist later. A storefront is not an award. A BPA is not an award.
• Ordering guide is TBD. NASA will provide a sample. Until then the public company page may say TBD. Do not send a homemade guide.

If a PO arrives anyway

1. Do not countersign.
2. Do not confirm a price.
3. Do not enter it in a portal.
4. Send it to Rick the same day. If Rick is out, Isabella.
5. Tell the sender: Inspired Solutions cannot accept a SEWP VI order until the contracts are effective. Expected effective 1 November 2026.
