NASA posted the Contract Holder User Manual 082126 on the SEWP VI page. Use the current posted file. Do not use a delisted older copy.

Expected effective 1 November 2026 is not the go-active date. Active is checklist complete except credit card fee. Effective is not active. Still do not quote. RFQs and orders 1 Nov.

Write the ready gate before the first RFQ. Catalog, Control Number, fee, and eligibility have to be in that gate.

No Control Number, no quote and no fulfill. CLIN checker at quote AND at order if the RFQ is missing or does not match. CLIN list must match the order total. The path is not open yet.

Know that storefronts and BPAs will exist. Do not promise a storefront date.
