Inspired Solutions holds two NASA SEWP VI awards. Neither is effective. Neither is active. This desk teaches field sales, inside sales, and the program office what to know, what to say, and what to refuse.

How to use this desk

This is the internal Inspired Solutions SEWP VI sales desk. It exists so field sales, inside sales, and the program office say the same true things. It is not a customer site. It is not the NASA public contract-holder page. It is not the future inspired-us.com SEWP page.

Read the page that matches your job, then the category page for the vehicle you are talking about. If a buyer asks how an order will move later, open Quoting. If you sat a NASA session this week or heard a hallway version of one, open This week before you repeat a number.

Three questions this desk answers

  • What should the sales team know and say now?
  • What should inside sales know, and what must the quote desk refuse?
  • What should we say about Category A and Category C, including what we must not invent?

Inspired Solutions holds two NASA SEWP VI contracts. Award is not effective. Award is not active. Until NASA makes the contracts effective, Inspired Solutions cannot quote a SEWP price, cannot take a SEWP order, and cannot treat the catalog, Shop, or CHOP as live.

Always say both contract numbers. Never say "we have SEWP" without the category and the number. Never call 1 November the go-active date. Expected effective is 1 November 2026. Joanne Woytek said they do not believe that date will change. It is not final.

Each contract has a $20B ceiling. Expected effective 1 November 2026. Ordering, once effective, runs 10 years through 31 October 2036. Effective is not active. We quote only after ACTIVE.

Closed language

NASA said holders may market the awards now. NASA said holders may not quote and may not take orders. Soft announce in August and September. Hard outreach in October, when customers can see Inspired Solutions on the customer-facing SEWP site (1 October). Convert after the expected effective date of 1 November. October is browse-only. There are no RFQs until the effective date. NASA corrected the earlier impression that RFQs might start sooner.

Who owns what

One owner per lane. Escalate to Rick, then Isabella. Do not invent a second owner because someone is out. Do not send a buyer to an internal build lane.

  1. Mon 10 AugCapture gap

    CHOP overview, program performance, special CLINs, credit cards

    Transcript incomplete. Keep only what NASA already wrote: CHOP is the contract-holder site for applications, reports, and quoting. PM/DPM registration is expected the week of 17 August. CHOP is not live quoting.

  2. Tue 11 AugCapture gap

    Database, providers, CLIN data, order data, reporting

    Transcript incomplete. Keep only the Database of Record rule: if it is not in the SEWP database, it is not on contract. Providers must be set up before offerings. Quote only what is in the Database of Record.

  3. Wed 12 AugTR / providers

    Technology Refreshment, backup data, providers

    TR means Technology Refreshment, not Task Request. TR is application-only. No email TR. One CLIN error fails the whole TR. OEM part number is required on product CLINs.

  4. Thu 13 AugQuote tools

    CHOP quote tool, customer request tool, storefronts

    This week's CHOP demo used TEST data. That was not Inspired Solutions access. Shop, the quote tool, and QRT are expected the week of 17 August for holder access and test. Not live quoting. No RFQs until the effective date.

  5. Fri 14 AugOrders / fee
